5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your recordings, transcripts, and data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
6. AI Analysis Disclaimer
SalesWizard uses artificial intelligence to analyze transcripts and provide coaching recommendations. AI-generated insights are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. Results may vary and are not guaranteed.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
